Trouble printing from Lightroom / Canon Pro-10 combo
Hi, I'm new to printing from lightroom (5.3 Mac) and am having no success. Prints come out very pinkish. Have resorted to exporting files as jpeg srgb and printing from Adobe photoshop elements. Canon Pixma Pro-10 with Canon Glossy Photo Paper GP-501 - Just small pics to send to family at present. Is there an online tutorial detailing how to print from lightroom that some kind soul can point me towards?
Is your monitor calibrated? Are you choosing the right paper in your printer setup as well as in Lightroom? I have the Canon Pixma Pro-100, and if I soft proof using the right paper profile my prints from Lightroom are matching very well. So I don't know what might be causing your problem. Yes, calibrated monitor. Thanks but, I've watched Julianne's video, but it has not helped At present just printing out small 4 x 6 for family. Paper is cheap Canon Glossy Photo Paper "everyday use" GP-501. Somehow the exact profile is not showing up on the paper profile in lightroom Print Module, instead it shows earlier paper presets from the i9900 which I sold are year ago. Continue Reading
